Information
about contact.
How the form works and how data provided in correspondence is processed.
Data controller
The data controller is Art-Soft Artur Bednarek, ul. adm. Steyera 4B/3, 84-150 Hel, Poland, NIP 5871502256. Contact details for data matters are available on the Contact page.
Form and correspondence
The form sends your email address, message and optional company and phone details to the server. These are used to handle the enquiry and reply. Do not provide passwords, secrets or information covered by an NDA.
Replies to general enquiries are based on the legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Steps taken at a data subject’s request before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b); statutory obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Form security
A custom CAPTCHA checks the answer on the server. An essential session cookie, valid for up to 30 minutes, links the task to the form. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites.
Session identifiers and hashes of IP and email addresses are used to limit abuse. Security records are removed within 24 hours. The site uses no advertising analytics or external fonts.
Retention and recipients
Requests are stored in a sending queue. Completed entries are removed after 7 days; unsent jobs are retried for at most 24 hours. Mailbox correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and then according to statutory obligations or applicable claim periods.
Hosting and email providers and authorities entitled under law may have access to the data. The data is not used for automated decision-making.
Your rights
Within the limits of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be made using Art-Soft’s contact details. You may also complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
